Ongoing Coaching Partnership
The Executive Leadership Retainer is a high-access coaching partnership for senior and executive leaders who need consistent strategic support. Rather than a fixed curriculum, the engagement evolves alongside your leadership demands, offering perspective, steadiness, and strategic guidance as situations arise.
This is the right fit when leadership demands are continuous, decisions carry significant weight, and the cost of isolation is high.
What’s included
- Monthly one-hour executive coaching sessions in person or on Zoom
- High-touch access between sessions for situations as they arise
- Birkman Premiere assessment as the foundation for our work
- Six-month or twelve-month engagements
How the retainer works
Each month includes a strategic coaching call that goes deep on what’s actually in front of you:
- Current leadership challenges
- Upcoming decisions
- Team or relational dynamics
- Strategic planning
- Leadership identity, resilience, and rhythm
Between sessions, you have direct access to me when you need clarity quickly, before high-stakes meetings, during conflict scenarios, when an opportunity emerges that requires fast judgment, or when emotional pressure points need a trusted external voice.
What you’ll experience
- Lead with greater clarity and strategic focus
- Strengthen communication and alignment with your executive team
- Improve high-stakes decision-making
- Reduce reactivity and increase emotional steadiness
- Navigate organizational dynamics with more confidence and influence
- Build long-term sustainability and resilience as a leader
- Experience measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness and organizational impact
Who this is for
Senior and executive leaders who are navigating sustained complexity and want a thinking partner who understands the chair they’re sitting in. The retainer is built for leaders who don’t need a curriculum, they need someone who can engage with their actual context, in real time, with the depth required.
