The Team Development Intensive is a data-driven leadership experience for executive and leadership teams who want to strengthen communication, collaboration, trust, and alignment. The program addresses real team dynamics beneath the surface, leading to clearer expectations, reduced friction, healthier decision-making, and stronger collaboration.

Each participant completes a Birkman Premiere Assessment and a personal one-to-one debrief with me before the team session. This means every team member develops clarity about their own strengths, needs, stress behaviours, and relational tendencies, ready to engage.

  • Individual Birkman Premiere Assessments for every participant
  • One-to-one debriefs with each team member before the group session
  • A custom-built half-day or full-day team session, designed around your team’s actual context
  • Proprietary leadership content integrated as appropriate (communication and alignment tools, leadership energy and resilience models, Team-based Executive Execution, Four Voices of a Leader, etc)
  • Executive summary and recommendations after the session
