Six Months of Transformation
The Leadership Clarity Intensive is a high-touch coaching engagement built around your specific leadership environment. Every component is shaped by your unique strengths, behavioural patterns, leadership gaps, and strategic opportunities, helping you achieve your most important business, leadership, and personal goals.
You work directly with me throughout, drawing on the Birkman Method and any additional assessments you’ve completed. The goal is a leadership development experience that is precise, practical, and immediately impactful.
What’s included
- Monthly one-to-one executive coaching sessions on Zoom or in person
- High-touch support between sessions as situations arise
- Full Birkman Premiere Assessment with advanced interpretation
- Integration of any other assessments you’ve already completed (Leadership 360s, Enneagram, StrengthsFinder, DiSC, organizational diagnostics, etc)
- Custom-built leadership development framework tailored to your role, context, and goals
- Personalized decision-making and communication tools
- Optional integration of faith-based leadership principles
How the six months unfold
The structure is custom designed for your context, but typically follows this rhythm:
Month 1: Insight and baseline
Complete your Birkman assessment, review any other assessments, and build a multi-layered leadership profile. Identify your behavioural strengths, motivational drivers, stress responses, and relational patterns. Establish priorities and targeted outcomes for the engagement.
Months 2 to 3: Communication, influence, and presence
Strengthen clarity and precision in communication. Understand how others experience you. Build strategies for influence with peers, staff, and stakeholders. Navigate conflict with confidence.
Months 4 to 5: Decision-making, strategy, and leadership
Build tailored decision-making frameworks. Understand your cognitive patterns under pressure. Strengthen strategic thinking. Apply insights directly to current challenges and opportunities.
Month 6: Integration and rhythm
Build a sustainable leadership rhythm that reduces reactivity and prevents burnout. Strengthen resilience and executive focus. Finalize a 12-month leadership roadmap that extends beyond the program.
